Rehab Visions is working with the Leisure Homestead Association to provide Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services.
Rehab Visions, based out of Omaha, Nebraska, has remained family owned corporation for 32 years. Although we are serving 135 facilities in 10 states and employee more than 500 people, our focus is to bring quality health care to address the unique needs of rural communities.
Many of the communities and facilities have maintained a long and successful relationship with the company. Rehab Visions has provided therapy services to McPherson Hospital for more than 25 years and had provided therapy services to Wesley Towers for nearly 18 years.
Joel Larimore, CEO started Rehab Visions with the philosophy of incorporating traditional value of personalized care, infused with innovative services. Treating staff and facilities as family, we have a family of 500 people strong that support one another. When we have a challenge we can reach out to others that may have experienced the challenge or started the new service we are looking for.
The team of service providers for Leisure Homestead Association have a collectively more than 83 years of experience in providing therapy services.
Sarah Willard, SLP has 37 years of experience, Rowena Clark, COTA has 30 years experience, Mary Doll RPT has 10 years experience, Maura Lau, CPTA has 4 years experience and Jennifer Herrmann, OTR has 2 years experience, to bring to the care of the residents of each facility. We will be working to look at what services and needs we will be able to meet for the residents of Stafford County.
